I have spent much of my life moving between worlds.
I trained as a doctor, built businesses, worked with founders and organisations, studied design and innovation, and spent years trying to understand one question: why do some people and organisations come alive, while others slowly lose their sense of possibility?
What I discovered is that many of the challenges we describe as business problems are, at their core, human problems. A lack of creativity. A lack of connection. A lack of curiosity. A lack of spaces where people can think deeply, ask better questions, and imagine what could be possible.
We live in a world that rewards speed, certainty, and optimisation. But the things that create meaningful progress often begin somewhere else: with curiosity, conversation, experimentation, and the courage to see things differently.
Redwagon was created from that belief.
It is a place for people and organisations who know that the next breakthrough will not come from doing more of the same. It comes from seeing more clearly, thinking more deeply, and reconnecting with what makes us human.
Through experiences, conversations, and creative exploration, Redwagon creates spaces where people can challenge assumptions, discover new perspectives, and turn insight into action.
I am not interested in building another consultancy that gives people more answers. I am interested in creating an institution that helps people ask better questions. Because better questions change how we work, how we lead, and ultimately, how we live.
